Jackie Dempere appeals from judgment in her action against Randall Nelson for various intentional torts, based on Nelson’s harassment of Dempere and his intentional burning of her home. Dempere contends the court abused its discretion in refusing to allow the testimony of a witness who had not been disclosed in compliance with the case schedule, and erred in concluding that it lacked the legal authority to award attorney fees. We affirm.
