COOK, Judge:

In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a special court-martial consisting of a military judge alone of sale of marihuana (two specifications), and possession of marihuana with the intent to distribute, contrary to 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to reduction to the grade of E-l, confinement at hard labor for 3 months, forfeiture of $279.00 pay per month for 5 months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
