We are asked in this case to take original jurisdiction in mandamus under Art. VII, § 2, of' the Constitution. The relief sought by the petitioner is the'disqualification of the Honorable E. M. Page, cir cuit judge, to act in a case pending in the Circuit Court for Multnomah County, and the vacation of a preliminary injunction heretofore issued by Judge Page in that case.
