An attachment issued in favor of George W. Yoyles against W. S. Pickett, and was levied, on November 10, *2591910, upon two railroad cars. A claim was interposed by the Southern Iron and Equipment Company. On the trial it appeared that the cars were sold by the claimant to the defendant in attachment, who executed to the claimant, on October 31, 1910, an instrument, wherein it was contracted that the title to the cars was to remain in the claimant until the entire purchase-money was paid.
