OPINION
ANGELINI, Justice.
This is an appeal from the award of summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action brought by the appellee insurance company. The ease involves chemical damage to the appellants’ cotton crop which occurred when an adjoining field was being sprayed with herbicide. The insurance company insured the owner/operator of the crop dusting company that applied the herbicide.
