Appellants, Daniel J. Bollner, Dorothy L. Bollner, George J. Quick, and Norma A. Quick (collectively, the “Bollners”) appeal a take-nothing judgment following a bench trial on various contract and tort claims which they brought initially against Appel-lees Plastic Solutions of Texas, Inc. (“PST”), Plastic Solutions Molding, Inc. (“PSMI”), and Kurt H. Ruppman, Sr. (sometimes collectively referred to as the “PST Defendants”).
