From the facts elicited during the murder trial at which appellant, Harry Edward Brockman, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, or from the facts elicited during his plea-bargained deposition, it is clear that he committed one of the most heinous of crimes against his fellow man — murder for hire.
