This case grows out of a' collision between an automobile in which Mrs. Rose Klein, the appellant, was a passenger, and a train owned and operated by the United Railways and Electric Company, the appellee. The accident occurred at about four o’clock in the afternoon of July 5th, 1925, at the intersection of the North Point Road with appellee’s single track railway, about one and a half miles from Bay Shore Park, in Baltimore County.
