Affirming.

The seventh clause of the will of C. U. McElroy who died in June, 1928, is as follows:

“I give and devise to my wife, Litie T. McElroy, my farm in Warren County, Kentucky, known for more than an hundred years as ‘Rich Pond Grove’ situated about ten miles south of Bowling Green, and containing about six hundred acres, more or less, for and during her natural life and subject to my wife’s life estate therein.
