This is an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County affirming a Philadelphia Civil Service Commission (Commission) decision upholding appellant’s dismissal1 from her clerk-stenog*550rapher II position at Philadelphia General Hospital.2 This appeal was submitted on briefs without oral argument.3
