¶ 1 These cross-appeals arose from the final decree entered on June 23, 2000, in the Court of Common Pleas, Lebanon County. For the following reasons, we affirm.

¶2 On April 29, 1974, W. Lawrence Hess (“Hess”) commenced employment as an insurance agent with Eugene Hoaster Co., Inc. (“Hoaster”). Hoaster’s business consisted primarily of insurance and real estate sales.
