This is an appeal with an alternative petition for writ of mandamus to review the grant of a Rule 60 (b), A.R.Civ.P. motion for relief from a consent settlement in a workmen's compensation case.

The record reveals that while within the line and scope of his employment, plaintiff suffered injury to the third and fourth fingers of his left hand. The tips of those fingers were pinched off between two angles of steel. The injury occurred on July 14, 1980.
