WALSH, Justice:

This is an appeal from a Superior Court denial of judgment as a matter of law, or alternatively, for a new trial following an award of damages in a product liability action. The defendant-appellant claims error on the part of the trial judge in ruling on the qualifications of plaintiffs expert witnesses and in permitting the substance of that testimony to establish a jury question on claims for breach of warranty.
