This is a proceeding brought by the Practice of Law Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association for the disciplining of Alfred M. J oyce, an attorney licensed to practice law in Minnesota. The petition and accusation were served on respondent on March 4, 1953. The Honorable E. R. Seines, judge of the sixteenth judicial district of Minnesota, was appointed referee, and the matter was heard on various dates during the months of April, May, and July of 1953.
