This is an appeal of a Workmen’s Compensation case that resulted in an award of compensation to the dependents of Marby Shows, Jr., deceased, and a 15% penalty for violation of a safety regulation. The Circuit Court of Pulaski County affirmed all the findings and orders of the Commission.
