This patent infringement battle between Northlake Marketing & Supply, Inc. (“Northlake”) and its principals James Hamilton (“Hamilton”) and Samuel May (“May”) on the one hand and Glaverbel, S.A. (“Glav-erbel”) and Fosbel, Inc. (“Fosbel”) on the other hand 1 has raged over many years, a number of courts and two continents.
