In this application for enforcement of an order by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or the Board), respondent The Industrial Erectors, Inc. (the company) contests the Board’s finding that the company violated sections 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3) (the Act), by various actions it took in response to a union organization effort.
