The Springfield Township Board of Supervisors (Township) has appealed from an opinion and order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, reversing in part the decision of the Springfield Township Zoning Hearing Board (Board) which upheld a cease and desist order issued by the Springfield Township Zoning Officer. The trial court found that Ski Brothers, Inc. and Gemstar, Inc.
