This is a bill in equity by the Borough of Cheswick, appellant, to restrain Hermine Bognar, trading as Allegheny Sand and Loam Company, and Edwin J. Bognar from using certain lands for the purpose of removing therefrom sand and loam, in violation of the Borough’s Zoning Ordinance; to restrain the operation of a sand screening machine alleged to constitute a nuisance; and to restrain Beatrice M. Bechman, appellee owner, from contracting with any person for nse of the said land in violation of the Borough’s Zoning Ordinance. Answers were filed denying all…
