In this appeal by defendants in an action of assumpsit, the facts are, briefly stated, as follows: Plaintiffs, engaged as contractors, entered into a contract with the City of McKeesport on August 23, 1926, to construct a pipe-line “across the 15th Street Bridge,” for the pur pose of supplying water from defendant city’s water system, to Liberty Borough and Port Vue Borough, adjoining municipalities.
