Calhoon v. Communications Systems Construction, Inc.

Plaintiffs Wayne and Shelbina Calhoon and Lawrence and Ina Fosse commenced this action against defendant Communications Systems Construction, Inc. (CSC), based on CSC’s construction of a cable television transmission line across real property owned by the Calhoons and Fosses. After a bench trial, the circuit court of Johnson County entered judgment for the Calhoons in the amount of $528, and for the Fosses in the amount of $507, and ordered that CSC raise its cable line at least four feet over both parcels of land.
