Plaintiffs, Harold W. Brinkley and Brinkley Enterprises, Inc., appeal from a judgment entered in two consolidated cases by the circuit court of Crawford County. At issue in those cases was whether plaintiffs had the right to install and use a natural gas pipeline under a certain dirt road located in Montgomery Township, Crawford County.
