DECISION AND ORDER
SMITH, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court (sitting in Admiralty) on Claimant Kimberly M. Hanna’s 1 (“Claimant”) Motion to Compel Maintenance and Cure Benefits and on Petitioner RJF International’s (“Petitioner” or “RJF”) Cross-Motion for Termination of Maintenance and Cure Benefits. 2 The Claimant has also moved for attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with this motion.
