ORDER
SMITH, District Judge.
Before the Court is the motion of Claimant Kimberly M. Hanna (“Claimant”) to Compel Maintenance and Cure payments from Petitioner RJF International Corporation (“Petitioner” or “RJF”). The payments are sought to cover expenses incurred in connection with the medical treatment of Claimant’s son, James Avery (“Avery”). RJF responded to the Motion by filing an Opposition, as well as by filing a Motion to Terminate its Maintenance and Cure Obligation to Avery.
