Appellant, Fabian Fabela, was convicted of evading arrest or detention while using a motor vehicle 1 and sentenced to a term of confinement for five years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (ID-TDCJ). Appellant has perfected his appeal and presents five issues.
