RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

Jeffrey Felce is on mandatory release parole from the Wisconsin prison system after serving six and one-half years of a ten-year sentence for reckless injury. As a condition of his parole, Mr. Felce has been required to have monthly injections of Pro-lixin, an antipsychotic drug. The defendants are Wisconsin prison officials who allegedly participated in the decision to so condition Mr. Felce’s parole. Mr. Felce brought suit against the defendants under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violating his rights under the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The district court…
