CAMPBELL, District Judge.

This is an action asserting alleged violations of the “Anti-Trust Laws of the United States”, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq. It is alleged that the respective parties are, and have been, engaged in the business of exhibiting or producing and dis*358tributing motion picture films. The complaint was filed on July 10, 1953.
