This is a patent infringement suit in which plaintiff, Drexelbrook Controls, Inc. (“Drexelbrook”), seeks a preliminary injunction against defendant, Magnetrol International, Inc. (“Magnetrol”). Drexel-brook charges Magnetrol with infringement of Drexelbrook’s United States Patent No. 4,146,834 (the “ ’834 patent”), which is directed to a two-wire, electronic transmitter system used in measuring the condition of materials.
