PELLEGRINI, Judge.

Ann Marie Brown, Administratrix of the Estate of Michael S. Zimmerman, Deceased (Decedent) appeals from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (trial court) declaring that 42 Pa.C.S. § 8528 limits a plaintiffs damages to $250,000.00 no matter how many Commonwealth party defendants are involved. We vacate the order finding that the matter is not ripe for resolution.
