The plaintiff herein appeals from a judgment rendered and entered after a directed verdict in the defendant’s favor. The action is one for the recovery of both general and special damages for the breach of the implied covenant of quiet enjoyment in a lease executed by the defendant on November 1, 1917, to the assignor of the plaintiff, and covering a large tract of land in the county of Mendocino, chiefly adapted to the raising and breeding of stock.
