MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
YOUNG, Chief Judge.
The plaintiffs, Richard Martinez (“Mr.Martinez”), Philip Romero (“Mr.Romero”), and Rosalia . Mangual (“Ms.Mangual”) (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) have brought the instant petition for attorney’s fees against defendants Officer Paul Silva (“Officer Silva”) and the City of New Bedford (“New Bedford”). After prevailing against Officer Silva at trial, the Plaintiffs entered into a settlement agreement with Officer Silva and New Bedford for $8,000, plus attorney’s fees and costs to be determined by this Court. The Plaintiffs now seek a total of $77,935.74.…
