This is an appeal from a denial by the United States District Court for the District of Colorado of an application for a three-judge court and for an injunction against enforcement of the Colorado statutes governing parole and revocation of parole.

In 1967 appellant was convicted in a Colorado State court of “causing death while driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquors.” He was sentenced to serve a term of not less than eighteen months nor more than five years in the State *1233prison.
