MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTON, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the defendants’ motions to dismiss the plaintiffs complaint pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6). 1 The plaintiffs complaint seeks both monetary and equitable relief from the defendants for claims involving the disciplinary proceedings related to the plaintiffs disbarment. 2 Upon consider ation of the parties’ submissions and for the reasons set forth below, the Court must grant the defendants’ motions to dismiss as the plaintiffs claims are precluded either because the Court lacks…
