Reversing.

This action was instituted by appellee to procure the cancellation of an assignment transferring all of its oil and gas leases to the appellant. The instrument purported to have been executed and acknowledged on August 6, 1937, by the President and Secretary of the corporation, but, in fact, was prepared by W. M. Pursifull, appellant’s brother and the corporation’s general manager, who attached to the instrument the signatures and acknowledgments of the corporation’s officers cut from one of the blank forms of assignment left with him by them for…
