Affirming.
C. Y. Cooper has appealed from á judgment which holds that 100 shares of the capital stock of the Pursifull-Combs Corporation had been fraudulently transferred from Wm. M. Pursifull to him and subjecting this stock to the payment of Pursifull’s debts.
For the purpose of obtaining credit, Pursifull, on April 4, 1928, made a statement to the National Bank of Kentucky showing he then had assets of $183,000, owed but $29,000, thus showing a net worth of $154,000, and in addition to. this had $101,000 of life insurance, which had a cash surrender…
