William J ames died on August 19,1929 in the mine of the defendant company from inhalation of gas. His widow applied for compensation. The referee granted it. The board approved it. The lower court sent it back to the board for more definite finding. The board again granted compensation, affirming its previous action and the court, upon defendant’s appeal, reversed the award and entered judgment for the defendant.
