¶1 This Court issued its original Opinion in this case on December 17, 2004 (“Camarillo I”). The State of Montana filed a Petition for Rehearing on December 30, 2004. While the State agrees with the result reached by this Court, it points out that ¶ 12 of our Opinion misstates the ultimate disposition in the case of Jhawn Dale Thompson v. District Court of the Twenty-First Judicial District, Cause No. 03-525.
