¶1 A jury convicted Donald Stock (Stock) of felony incest involving his fourteen-year-old son, E.S., and six-year-old daughter, KS., in violation of §§ 45-5-507(1), (4) and 45-2-101(8), MCA. Stock was also convicted of evidence tampering in violation of § 45-7-207, MCA. Stock received concurrent sentences of fifty years at the Montana State Prison, with twenty-five years suspended, on each count of felony incest.
