[446] Action for $15,000.00 damages for personal injuries. T,he court dismissed plaintiff’s petition, on defendants’ motion, on the ground of failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. This 'case requires determination of the duty owed by owners of a building to firemen on the premises for the purpose of fighting a fire.
