This case involves the duties of property owners to a fireman seriously injured while fighting a fire upon their premises and the rights of a fireman at common law and under the Montgomery County Fire Prevention Code. The plaintiff-appellant sued in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County but an affidavit of removal was filed by the defendants, and the trial took place in the Superior Court of Baltimore City.
