The notes and two mortgages securing same which are the foundation of this suit were executed unto the Farmers Trust & Savings Bank of Castaña, by the defendant Oscar Reed, the record owner of the real estate described in the mortgages; and one of said mortgages has been assigned to the appellee Galva First National Bank, and the other to the intervener, War Finance Corporation.
