JULIA SMITH GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.

Francisca Sanehez-Robles, a Mexican citizen, appeals the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) denial of her application for withholding of removal. Sanchez-Robles claims she will be persecuted if she returns to Mexico based on her membership in a particular social group — those perceived as wealthy because of them ties to the United States. This court has repeatedly found that those perceived as wealthy do not comprise a cognizable social group under the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”), and, thus, we affirm the BIA’s denial of…
