PUTNAM, Circuit Judge.

The principal case to which this peti_ tion refers was a bill in equity to enjoin the infringement of certain patents. There had been in the circuit court a hearing on bill, answer, and proofs, and the usual interlocutory decree for an injunction and a master, and an appeal to this court. Thereupon this court, after argument, affirmed the decree of the circuit court, and a mandate issued in the usual form.
