Pending this appeal the appelleeithe Bradford Belting Company,, has filed a petition praying leave to file a bill of review to review the decree of the court below entered in pursuance of the mandate of this court upon the former appeal. The principal question involved upon the former appeal was as to the validity and scope of the Morrison patent for a fence wire coupler. Very many patents were relied upon as. anticipations; many of them are discussed in the opinion of this court by Judge Taft, which is reported in 97 Fed. 502, 38 C. C. A. 300.
