Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 21) and the parties’ accompanying briefs. For the reasons that follow, the motion will be granted, in part and denied in part.
I. BACKGROUND
On March 2, 2015, Paula Lorona filed a complaint pro se in state court against Arizona Summit Law School, LLC (“Arizona Summit Law School” or “the¡.Law School”), Infilaw Corporation (“Infilaw”), and various, individuals and entities.
