This is an action in trespass by a father, as guardian of his minor child, and for himself and wife, for damages sustained by them as ¿ result of personal injuries to the child at a playground conducted by defendant, City of Reading. The case has been tried twice. The first trial resulted in verdicts for plaintiffs, but, after argument, the learned court below awarded a new trial.
