MORRIS, Judge.
Plaintiff, in his brief, discusses Count III first. We shall follow his order.
By Count III of his complaint after adopting the allegations of Counts I and II, plaintiff alleges that “the reckless, careless, intentional, malicious and gross actions of the defendant in violation of his fiduciary duties owed unto the plaintiff entitles the plaintiff to punitive damages in a sum of not less than $200,000.00.” In his brief plaintiff argues that this Court failed to understand the allegations and erroneously applied the law.
