¶1 By information filed in the District Court for the Fifth Judicial District in Jefferson County, the defendant, Burly Michael Grimes, was charged with aggravated kidnaping, in violation of § 45-5-303, MCA; robbery, in violation of § 45-5-401, MCA; and deliberate homicide, in violation of either § 45-5-102(l)(a) or (b), MCA. Following trial *24by jury, Grimes was convicted of all three offenses. He appeals from his convictions. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.
