The defendant, Reynaldo Arroyo, was convicted, after a jury trial, of felony murder in violation of General Statutes § ñSa-ñic, 1 conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-134 (a) 2 and 53a-48, and larceny in the fifth degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-125a (a) 3 and 53a-119. 4 The defendant appealed from the judgment to the Appellate Court, which affirmed the judgment of conviction.
