This is an appeal from- a ruling of the Nebraska State Railway Commission which will hereinafter be referred to as the commission.
The record discloses that on February 14, 1946, there *589was issued to Christine Slagle, doing business as Slagle Transfer Company, Lincoln, Nebraska, and who will hereinafter be referred to as Slagle, upon her application, numbered M-7683, a certificate óf public convenience and necessity.
